Traditional building with modern facilities inside. Quiet side street very close to Passeig del Born. The front door is accessed via a small flight of stairs and the property has rooftop views from the third floor terrace. The owner has provided many handy items at the property, we found the beach towels very useful. Overall it was perfect for our stay and the owner was excellent in communication.

We spent 3 nights at Casa Felix for a family holiday and it was a splendid stay. The place is really well situated to Palma center thanks to the tram (5 minutes by walk) and close to other commodities (shop at 10 minutes by walk). Felix and his wife were very welcoming and helping during the journey. The air conditioner and swimming pool were perfect for this weather. We will come back if we come again to Palma.

Brilliant Villa. Great location little local shop seconds away from the villa. The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful. Having air con in the bedrooms really helped with the heat. Great to have the pool.

Property is very large, very clean, brilliant facilities. A home from home. Not far from Palma centre. Train station which takes you straight into Palma centre less than 10min walk away. Taxis are relatively cheep and large supermarket a short walk away. Pedro who manages the property was a great help and easily contactable.
