The property is spacious , very clean, and nicely decorated. It is very well equipped, and everything was working perfectly : ac, wifi, washing machines, etc. Great location as well , in a walking distance to the castle, the entertainment area, beach, marina. We were grateful for the welcoming basket, as we arrived late. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, ready to help with advice . We couldn't choose better .

Great house!! Clean, organized and very near from the beach. The hosts were great, accessible and made themselves available to us late at night, which was very nice of them. In addition, they gave us a welcome bottle of wine, which made the good first impression even greater.

Perfect location just across from the marina with great views of the sea and marina from the rooftop area. Very close to great restaurants, shopping. Large supermarket a few blocks away. Very fresh, light and airy. Everything is fresh, clean, and new. Comfortable bed and shower with soaps/shampoos/body wash. Friendly and accommodating host, great communication and ease of check in/out. All in all one of the best places we have stayed in Denia so far over the last few months. Very good value for money.
