Hillcrest is nestled among the Valley of 1000 Hills, and it is breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoy staying there when we visit Shongweni Farmer's Market and it is a superb base. Apart from Shongweni, Hillcrest has plenty of great restaurants and shopping centres. The bonus is the many little hidden treasures of garden, antiques, and other little shops. It is really a lovely area with plenty to offer.

Adequate space for me to have meetings while my wife could relax in the garden or upstairs. Ideally situated for the work I was doing in Hammarsdale and Hillcrest. For those who do not want to self-cater, there are numerous restaurants in the area - one just over the main road. Roy was an ideal host and he is a skilled workman, having built the cottage himself - woodwork and all.
