Great clean hotel in Hoi An. Nice large clean rooms. Coffee making supplies and water supplied in the room. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options.
Roof Top pool was beautiful and clean. Open all day with service offered by calling down to the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Short walk into old town and lots of nice massage parlours nearby. Excellent bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. Helen was very friendly and accommodating and she made sure my stay was organized and comfortable. She went the extra mile for her guests. Room was spacious and clean and the location is super convenient. Plus there is also daily housekeeping and they change the towels regularly. Highly recommended! Will definitely book here again.

We originally were staying in room 24 and immediately noted the smell of gasoline coming from the room next door. Luckily, the next morning we asked for a room change which was thankfully accommodated!
The homestay also had a great location on a fairly calm road only 10min walk from the ancient town.
