The hotel was really nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very generous and the restaurant was good too. The location is very central, in the old quarter and it's awesome to just walk around. The famous train street is very close too. What I liked the most was the attention staff has given us and the way they noticed us. I got a mild cold during our stay and I asked for a ginger tea not realizing it's not in the menu - and yet they somehow got it for me very quickly (I only realized when they said it will be billed as another tea). Stuff like that makes you feel seen and cared for as a guest.

Location is great - easy walk to numerous shops and eateries. We had the top floor, not many rooms on each floor so limited noise. Great value for money. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels and water supplied promptly.
