Room was good. Location was excellent as we were catching train and was within walking distance. However (not hotel’s fault re homeless people), the homeless situation and the campus rally was a bit unnerving.

Location is safe and central. If you need to stay downtown the hotel is well placed. Staff were friendly. The library is really nice with the fireplace. Deco of the rooms is also quite nice although a bit worn out already in our room.

rough old run down, towel holder on wall falling off, no hot water in faucet in sink in bathroom. did not shower as the water temp up and down. old worn out, terrible pillows.
mattress lumpy….. dogs in bedroom next door barking. still pets in bedrooms, load cars at night as the windows are old and painted shot and they added just a plastic sheet over the old glass window. 2am 3 cars revving engines on the street that are so load as the winows are old and dont stop the noise. old old and very $$$$ for a nights stay.
