THE LOCATION OF COMFORT INN AND SUITES IS EXCELLENT. IT PROVIDES EASY ACCESS TO ALL RESTAURANTS IN AMHERST AND HADLEY, AS WELL AS THE FIVE COLLEGES. THE MATTRESS WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM PROVIDED ITS OWN TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND WAS EXTREMELY QUIET. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD MANY OFFERINGS SUCH AS COLD CEREALS, EGGS AND BACON, YOGURTS, BREADS AND FRESH FRUIT.

The hot water for tea ran out before breakfast service was over and wasn't refilled so I could only have one cup of tea. Would've liked another.

very outdated and old mattresses. not enough coffee for 2 nights stay. no one came in to replenish from 1 night. we needed 2nd nights coffee in AM.
