Friendly courteous people.
Friendly courteous people. Had a good dining experience in West Monroe. Appears to be going through a makeover to attract more visitors. The hotels in the area will do well to update property if it plans on repeat customers. Belle’s ole diner is a hit!!!! Great food with a very accommodating staff.

We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com...
We were unable to stay there because someone at Booking.com did not send the reservation to Fairfield Inn in Monroe. By the time we reached the hotel to check in to, what we thought was our reserved rooms, we found out that no reservation existed. Additionally, the hotel was sold out because of the volume of patrons at that hotel. I am upset that I could not get the two rooms that I reserved. And I had made those reservations 2 months prior to that date. Shame on you for no following through on sending my reservations.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill.
We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

The property is in a good location right off the interstate.
The property is in a good location right off the interstate. This made for a great stop over location with traveling cross country. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was a bonus.

I love West Monroe,it always feels like home when I'm there,I want to move there really bad and hopefully one day I will but until then I will keep going once a month if not more. I especially love how nice the people are and the nature trails you can find and experience!

The reception was nicely decorated, delighting the vacationers. We were there for the second time and we will come again.
