The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the main attractions of the area, however, it is not located directly on the very busy road. When you have a room at the back of the building, it's quiet and private. The lobby and the breakfast room are welcoming and nicely decorated with fresh flowers and a personal touch. Our room was spacious and equipped with a large refrigerator, enough lamps and very comfy beds. Breakfast was included in our very good room rate. The fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The facility was fine the customer support terrible. I had originally made a reservation for 5 days but changed to 3. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months. The site does not respond to request for confirmation from Booking.com. I have tried to call the hotel many times but they never answer the phone

Nice hotel and staff, a bit dated but the price was great for 4 nights. We were in town for some medical treatments for my wife and I needed to work remotely in the room. The wifi was the worst I have eve seen. The hotel contracts it out and I spent a lot of time on the phone talking with the wifi company.

We enjoyed spending time at the 1732 Folke Stone Bed & Breakfast, with its open front porch, side deck, and beautiful property. We went to Longwood Gardens for a day, and we went to the Stroud Nature Preserve - both great experiences! There are also lots of shops, etc. This location cannot be beat. Parking was easy and affordable. The hotel also gives you a discount card to use at some of the restaurants nearby.
