The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the main attractions of the area, however, it is not located directly on the very busy road. When you have a room at the back of the building, it's quiet and private. The lobby and the breakfast room are welcoming and nicely decorated with fresh flowers and a personal touch. Our room was spacious and equipped with a large refrigerator, enough lamps and very comfy beds. Breakfast was included in our very good room rate. The fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The facility was fine the customer support terrible.
The facility was fine the customer support terrible. I had originally made a reservation for 5 days but changed to 3. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months. The site does not respond to request for confirmation from Booking.com. I have tried to call the hotel many times but they never answer the phone

Nice hotel and staff, a bit dated but the price was great for 4 nights. We were in town for some medical treatments for my wife and I needed to work remotely in the room. The wifi was the worst I have eve seen. The hotel contracts it out and I spent a lot of time on the phone talking with the wifi company.

We enjoyed spending time at the 1732 Folke Stone Bed & Breakfast, with its open front porch, side deck, and beautiful property. We went to Longwood Gardens for a day, and we went to the Stroud Nature Preserve - both great experiences! We had dinner at the Four Dogs Tavern, a lively local meeting place.

The town of West Chester has a small but strong night life.
The town of West Chester has a small but strong night life. It gets busy in the area, mainly college age but still a surprisingly good atmosphere. Killdare’s is a great pub, Iron grill has good beer & great tasting food.....
Really Great Property...I recently stayed for two weeks, waiting to move into a house in the area.Very private. Kitchenette, full size refrigerator, coffee maker microwave, 2 burner stove, full sink, plates, everything you need.Even had a great open-air balcony with a cafe table and 2 chairs.Management is awesome, made sure I was always comfotable.I would stay here again for sure..Price is the best in the area..Thank You..
I had a wonderful stay at the Microtel Inn West Chester. I was visiting the city for a business trip, and I needed a place to stay that was close to the convention center. The motel was located in a convenient location, and it was easy to get around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting West Chester.
Great location, you can walk to about 30 different bars and restaurants very close by. There are also lots of shops, etc. This location cannot be beat. Parking was easy and affordable. The hotel also gives you a discount card to use at some of the restaurants nearby. We got 20% off our dinner which was awesome! My daugher also loved to swim in the pool.
The facility is older as it is a budget hotel, but it was surprisingly comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and it was a seamless and very pleasant stay. The location was outstanding and close to everything. We opted for this hotel because of family who chose to stay here, and I would gladly do it again!
I have stayed in the Warner a number of times now over the years visiting friends in West Chester. Its location is unbeatable, rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. I love how there is a self service laundry on site, tea, coffee available in the lobby is a nice touch.
The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all shops and restaurants. Attractive lobby, small pool, sizeable room, quiet. Free parking in the garage across the street (with validation) was a nice bonus. I highly recommend West Chester and the Warner Hotel
It is in superb location with easy access to everything. We stayed in the double queen suite which was very well appointed and the staff (Robert) on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to West Chester looking for a great hotel.
This place in West Chester exceeded all of our expectations!!! This Microtel Hotel is gorgeous, Excellent location and the Staff was spectacular. We will definitely come and stay at the Microtel Inn on my next trip here.
What a great weekend in West Chester. The carriage house was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with a beautiful garden. The location was brilliant...great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
Very clean, quiet hotel. Great bathroom. Rooms were nicely laid out and good space for value. Friendly, accommodating staff. Really nice breakfast assortment. Easy check-in/check-out. Well done!
Location was great for our visits to Longwood and Winterthur. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Nice view from sliding door and balcony, but unfortunately, it was in the 20s when we stayed
Room was clean and renovated (a few spots needs maintenance, but that's ok for the price of the hotel). Checkin and checkout was fast. No security deposit charges.
Nice, clean hotel with a great location to town and West Chester U. The staff were super nice and helpful throughout the stay. There is a bar on the prpoperty.
Very quiet and comfortable hotel. I loved everything there, good area, kitchen, bathroom, big bed in a room. It was comfortable stay and I will come back there!
