Located between the main street of the city and the highway, despite this, car traffic did not interfere with rest. Basic grocery store 100 meters from the motel. The city center with restaurants is approximately 1.5 km away. Professional and discreet service. Clean enough.

Location is excellent as there’s a restaurant right next door, gas and stores all in walking distance but hotel was very noisy, people talking, arguing and blasting music at all hours especially starting at 5am, this hotel needs a security guard! AC unit is way too close to the beds, no refrigerator in 85 degree weather, not enough room in the shower or storage for clothes or shoes.

I picked Tulare as it was four hours away, the time I wanted to drive. The town is in the middle of agricultural land, crops, manure and cattle.
There was nothing attractive about the town. There is the busy highway and fast food restaurants.
Next drive? I will not stop at Tulare. And sorry to all the people who made their homes there. I do not wish to be rude to you.

Nice town with lots of facilities, a large Walmart did not have a bakery.
Plenty of fuel stations and very nice outlet centre.
The only drawback was the train noise, although nothing could be done about it, did not know that all trains have to blow horn when passing through any crossing a safety measure so it goes on through the night, so unless your used to it wakes you up very time.
Some nice eating places Annies just a short walk away was very good and large helpings, nice staff

Don’t think what it said on reviews and wasn’t pleasant cause I went to my room at 6 and had cops knocking at the door for noise complaints which wasn’t the room I stayed in so after that really wanted to leave but already paid for the room and didn’t want to lose out on my money. Think I’ll try another nearby motel next time

Too many undesirables and police presence.
Too many undesirables and police presence. Floors had not been mopped, shower was peeling, pool was non-operational, trash cans were overflowing, room smelled of wet pet, police were present, definitely not child friendly.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel lobby gives off a clean scent as soon as you walk in, as do the rooms and halls. The coffee in the lobby is surprisingly great quality for a hotel, and the breakfast has a decent amount of options. The employees do a great job of keeping the breakfast area well stocked. The hotel is near the freeway but is insulated well enough to get a good nights rest. We have stayed twice at this location and have enjoyed both stays.
The property was clean, it had plenty of amenities (towels, make ups wipe removers, shampoo, lotion, face soap, etc…), the rooms were very nicely decorated and didn’t give that hotel feel. The receptionist was super welcoming and gave me a pamphlet to the sequoias and a bottle of water, she was accommodating and gave me options on what floor level I had a preference to stay in. The breakfast was good and seemed freshly made. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The person making the eggs in the morning didn't really know how to make scrambled eggs I don't think. They were uncooked and like concrete. Need to add a little milk to make them fluffy. Sausage was dry. The person tending the breakfast was also tending the front desk. Sometimes I had to fetch him in the kitchen where he was talking with fellow employees. He did keep everything clean and was accomodating.
Clean and spacey room w/o anything to complain about. The breakfast was good and filled promptly when something was running low.
My special thank you to the front desk and the manager of the hotel for their endless patience and support. Thank you!
The appearance was good until I realized I had to do my own cleaning. The floor was super dirty, behind the beds were filthy abs the roaches waited for me to go to sleep to start creeping. I have photos and a video of my experience in Tulare.
Staying in this hotel was very positive experience. very nice spacious room, we appreciated parking lot. NIce place to stay if you plan to visit Sequoia Park (1h ride)
We recommend breakfast in Apple Annies, just in front of the hotel.
The front desk attendant was very nice. She made sure we were in a quiet part of the hotel since there were some rowdy people who had just checked in. She went out of her way to ask if we wanted top or bottom floor.
This is not a hotel, but at most a roadside motel. Terrible room, audibility from neighboring rooms as if the walls are paper. The overall impression is terrible, Clearly not worth $ 180 per night!
Very good hotel to stay for some time especially if it is your stopover going to somewhere or nice base for national parks exploration. very close to restaurants and shopping centers.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good pressure.
They had hot coffee and breakfast of eggs, potatoes , sausage patties, oatmeal and pastries.
reasonable location with many food options nearby and Tulare outlet next door.
hot breakfast was to the standard of Holiday inn.
staff was friendly and accommodating
