The breakfast was excellent and as a bonus included in the room rate. I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. I live in area but abroad for now so it was good to come home. I also learned that I can get a 11% discount as I am a local resident which I will used the next time.

This Motel 6 has the BEST STAFF! Melanie(MOD), Carmela(GSR), Adrian(GSR), and Alyssa(AGM), all wonderful people, and so helpful and kind to this senior citizen traveling alone with my cat, Tommy. Thanks so much to all of these fine folks.👍🏻🌞😊

The sink was plugged, Water was leaking on the floor under the sink. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The lamp stand between the beds had some kind of liquid dripped on both sides. It was not a pleasant experience. Also, the cost for this room was way to much for the quality. I would like a refund

If you make the mistake of booking this hotel, call ahead to ensure that they have your reservation since they had lost ours despite confirmation from both booking.com AND an email from their hotel welcoming us. Refused responsibility for their error, blamed booking.com, stated that "sometimes these things happen," and since they had no rooms left, we were forced to hurriedly find another room after significantly more travel and greater expense. Will never book with "Quality" again, and recommend finding another hotel with better organization and desk staff.

Horrible ! Dirty !
Horrible ! Dirty ! Unfriendly and unhelpful and felt discrimination because of poor information given about me to the staff . Staff should conduct themselves with a professional additude not a biased one. Speaking a different language infront of me does not seem professional when I can understand what is being said and these people that make it difficult for anyone to get out of a situation based on anything that is not factual should not have a job in hospitality.

Our choice of this location is tied to family being nearby, but it is convenient to shopping with the mall so close. Public transportation is very handy as well, which took us to visit the Chinese Gardens and the Rose Garden. We needed a car to reach restaurants other than the one in the hotel (which we did use twice while there), but a large variety to choose from are not far away. Other than the onsite restaurant, we do return to Oswego Grill, and Wild Fin.
This was the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's in a convenient location for me, very close to some friends, and with all sorts of restaurants and stores nearby. This most recent stay, I want to send my heartfelt thanks to the staff at the hotel for going out of their way to help me when I suddenly received word that I had to rush up to Vancouver, BC for a family emergency. Their kindness & compassion will forever be remembered!
Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast in a dining area that had plenty of room for guests to be spaced apart for health reasons. Security is good in that a hotel room key is required to move elevator from ground floor. Recently opened. Very clean with open lobby with multiple seating areas. Beverages available in lobby.
Room had a very nice shower in the bathroom and enough vanity space to accommodate two adults.
I love the pricing and the staff are amazing! Don't park in the lower back parking lot though its not the hotel's property and cars parked down there get towed. Not the hotel's fault. They have a breakfast burrito you can warm up in microwave and juice in mornings and fresh brewed coffee. Lovely atmosphere. Very cozy and comfortable. Kind staff that go above and beyond for you. Truly an amazing place.
I liked the location. I booked for my family so they could be close to my home in Tualatin, and I loved that it was right off the highway and just a quick 5 minute drive from town. It's also close to the Bridgeport Mall in Tigard, which is a great place for quick shopping, decent restaurants, and a pretty Regal theatre. You are also 10-15 minutes from downtown Portland.
I stayed at this hotel for one and was relocating the following day to the Hilton . The staff were really friendly and helpful but the rooms left a lot to be desired , smelling of smoking and the sheet musty There was a notice on the door stating, for you own safety use the deadbolt on the door . I. Could sleep after seeing this !!!
The staff was so nice! Always smiling and cleaning! The hotel was very clean. If you want super lush amenities this may not be for you. We wanted good value and a clean place. The room was large and had a frig. the bathroom was clean. You did get a sack breakfast which for the covid circumstances was just fine. I would stay again.
As with any Motel 6, it's a budget hotel without frills. It's a place to sleep and that's it. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very professional. It has shopping very close and the freeway is easy on and easy off.
Prompt assistance from Staff, clean facilities, spacious & comfortable room & bed, amenities, awesome location; with the best area mall, pretty much across the street; &, Red Lobster; but a 4 minute stroll away
The hotel has a new infrastructure and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped.The location is convenient, close to the highway The breakfast buffet is good, with a wide variety of options to choose from
The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near the freeways and grocery stores. The room is a nice size and was clean when I arrived. Over all area and hotel was great!
I've stayed at other motels threw out the state and this one has hands down been the quietest hotel that I've stayed at.. and for the dollar it was a great place to stay
On a 109f afternoon one house cleaner smiled and ask how was my day. The only person that smile and ask about me instead excuses of why there hotel was a piece of crap
I love how the room was BIG. I love a big space. The idea of having the rooms face each other and the dining area being in the middle was genius! Beautiful place!
