We come to Searcy to visit a granddaughter who attends college. We love Searcy and our visits have always been enjoyable. We love the Italian restaurant, Tropical Smoothie, I-Hop, and there are others we like--Rib Crib and Colton's. There are a couple of Mexican places we enjoy too. The road arrangements make sense and it is easy to get around. I also like their selection of nice motels. The biggest draw is Harding University! We have attended many theatrical performances and they have been outstanding. The people we have met are very friendly and welcoming.

We are still getting used to Searcy, our daughter is a 2nd-year student at Harding. We've found some nice restaurants to eat at when we visit her. Fuji Japanese Steakhouse is amazing! As was eating at El Almacen The Warehouse, both are highly recommended. Searcy is fairly easy to navigate, two main roads flank the Harding campus, so you can easily find what you need. Searcy is a college town to a fairly prestigious Christian liberal arts college, so if you are looking for active nightlife I don't think you'll find that here - I haven't found one yet :)

We booked on booking.com and the room that we thought we booked doesn't even exist in this hotel. We thought we were paying 130 a night for a room with a spa tub and the room didn't even have a tub. It had a shower. We called the desk to ask about it and was informed there is no spa tub in the entire building. If we knew we wouldn't have a tub we would not have paid that much. The bed was extremely comfy to make up for the disappointment.

Searcy is a nice little college town.
Searcy is a nice little college town. Decent selection of restaurants if you're willing to take the time to drive around. Been several times before. Plan on coming back next year. Wish it was closer to an interstate. Traveling from the north, US 64 was scenic in some places. Just seemed like it took forever to get where I was going. Enjoyed my drive though.

Searcy had a lot of restaurants to try.
Searcy had a lot of restaurants to try. We also went to the Searcy Swim Complex, which was awesome. My 8 year old daughter really enjoyed it.
We ate at Firehouse Subs, which never disappoints. Before leaving we tried out Midnight Oil Coffeehouse. The staff there was so friendly and the coffee was magnificent! Highly recommend stopping by Midnight Oil if you're in Searcy!

Did not get much time to enjoy Searcy the city, BUT we did notice how polite the drivers were, several times we thought we would be stuck getting into traffic and there they were waving us into traffic in front of them.... THAT does not happen in many areas. THANK YOU!!
ALSO, a wonderful Mexican restaurant opposite side of the street and not far from Quality Inn on Race Ave AND The Rib Crib next door to Quality Inn both had VERY good food and EXCELLENT service.
We changed plans at last minute due to unable to cross Mississippi at West Memphis. We headed north and picked Searcy at random and this hotel and staff were wonderful. Easy access from interstate, immaculate, comfy beds and pillows. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a Chili’s across the street.
The staff were all excellent and so helpful. When I went to leave, my car would not start. They called several other people staying at the hotel to see if they had jumper cables. We found someone who could help me. They went over and above the call of duty. I just thank them so much.

First room we were assigned, the A/C was broken and didn’t work. We did NOT like having to pay $100 upfront deposit. Other hotels do not charge this fee. We got our deposit back, but will think hard before staying at this hotel chain again!
The location is fine, in the middle of Searcy. Good for visiting your Harding student. Not sure what else there is to do in Searcy, we just visit our daughter while she's in school. This property is priced right for that.
The location was perfect! The breakfast was great! The lady serving at breakfast kept everything clean and restocked! I also liked that our room ended up being one with a door on the inside of the hotel/motel.
My family just stopped in for the night on the way back to Illinois from Texas. For the price of the hotel, I thought the rooms were comparable. The woman at the front desk was super friendly!
Staff was very nice. Hotel rooms were clean and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator had a freezer section, too. Microwave was very convenient.
