Location:
The location of Hercor Hotel - Urban Boutique is ideal. It is close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and a mall, which made it very convenient to explore and find everything I needed within walking distance.
Facilities:
One of the highlights was the breakfast room that offered complimentary fruit and cookies throughout the day. This was a nice touch and very handy for grabbing a quick snack before heading out for the day.
Value for Money:
The value for money was definitely worth every penny. Considering the comfort, service, and location, I felt that the price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay.

I should’ve just spent 50 more to go to a better motel if I knew they were gonna rob me of 150, charged my card extra.STAY AWAY! it was dirty and unsafe, the employee Orlando and the young boys at night are rude and shady watch out!!!! Not a family friendly spot! And the roads leading up to the motel is killer on tires FYI. Spend a little more on somewhere better so you don’t get ROBBED A lot more.

Small town with a really good Chinese Restaurant.
Small town with a really good Chinese Restaurant. Very close to a nature reserve with great trails for hiking, and a place to go horseback riding. I highly recommend both the staff and horses at Ponyland. They even have a small petting zoo.

Do not stay here. I left within 15 minutes of checking in.
Do not stay here. I left within 15 minutes of checking in. The TV had been stolen from the room, a drug addict staying next door tried to get into my room as soon as I got there, the lock on the door was broken, there were drug deals happening out front, the sheets were covered in red and brown stains, the room was awful. I don’t expect 5 star hotels, but I was genuinely scared I’d be murdered if I stayed here so I left almost immediately and drove to another motel.

You cheated me out of breakfast THAT I PAID FOR.
You cheated me out of breakfast THAT I PAID FOR. There was a little sign in the lobby apologizing for the fact that you no longer serve, and the excuse was, we're trying to change the website. Trying? It takes an IT pro minutes to do that. When I tried to find my room, all of the walkway lights were out in the pitch black. I had to go back and ask to have the lights turned on in a very dicey neighborhood. The exterior of the hotel looks totally shabby. I don't care if it's in a dicey neighborhood, I'm not a dicey client. I ALWAYS stay at your hotels, look me up. You owe me.

Pros: Stayed in a re-modeled room which was good.
Pros: Stayed in a re-modeled room which was good. Girl at front desk was great!
Cons: Police arrived at 2 AM in the morning due to a fight 2 doors down from us. Needless to say there was a lot of commotion going on and we were needing rest from a long travel day with another long day ahead of us.

there was no breakfast. The hotel is worth the price because of location, security and comfort but the wifi is non-existent. There are some shady people around but that is true for any comparable locations. Despite non-function wifi it is a good value and relatively quiet.
The location was great was close to the freeway and San Diego. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was quiet and parking was good. I would definitely stay here with my family great again. The price was great for a family of six.
Clean -- close to the border as we were having dentalwork done in Mexico. Waling distance to the border and the outlet mall. Plent of space to park our RV.
