Would have liked more choices for breakfasts. Waffles, etc.

Breakfast was fabulous :) The stay was very helpful & friendly. They allow you to wander through the building and you are able to explore the grounds. It's a beautiful building with grounds to match.
It was a nice "quiet" get away..... while close to the city limits for anything you might need.

The Temple Theatre is a must, a great old venue with a lot of character. The Castle Museum/Historical Society of Saginaw County is another beautiful site to see with a lot of history. Tony's Italian Restaurant on Gratiot or State St have exceptional Italian food. Most of the streets are north/south or east/west oriented so not difficult to move about Saginaw. I wish more of the old downtown area was being brought back to life.

We stayed in Saginaw because all reasonably priced accommodations in nearby Frankenmuth were already booked. We were heading there for their Bavarian Fest. Saginaw was a drivable distance option, and we didn’t spend much time there. We did, however take in the Saginaw Castle, which is an historic post office converted into a beautifully executed local history museum. Quite impressive.

This place was a catfish hotel.
This place was a catfish hotel. When arriving I saw local vagrants all around. The neighborhood is sketchy, and the whole hotel was dirty. Room was filthy, bedding was scratchy and smelled horrible. If you like clean spaces, do not go here.

Overcharged me $50 right from the beginning and then staff argued with me saying they couldn’t do anything about it. Wanted to swim but pool was down. Thought they had a hot tub but they did not. Ice machines were also all broke

Hotel was not prepared to feed an influx of guests so on the morning of July 13, food was out at 7:30. We never got to talk to a manager and no compensation was offered. We had to go out and buy breakfast for my 92 yea old mother-in-law. On the 14th there was sufficient and good food for breakfast.
The location is great and plenty of good shopping and restaurants nearby.
Filthy hotel. Filthy room. Had to ask the desk to change our dirty, hairy sheets. Really? She swore it was cleaned. No way! I had to go buy cleaner to wipe down the remote and desk which were dirty, food still on it.
Smoke detector went off and nobody came or checked. Desk said probably a battery. Slept without a smoke detector. No towels, had to ask.Had to ask for Shampoo. This should not be advertised by Radisson unless this is the new Radisson. I would compare this to a knights inn or a motel 8. Disgusting!
We were not able to stay at this property as our pet wasn’t ADA certified.
After discovering we couldn’t stay, the damn front desk agent didn’t cancel so we received a call from them at 2:00 am while we were sleeping at another hotel asking if we still coming! Had to stop by the next morning to talk to manager to ensure we weren’t charged.
Huge, spacious room. Very Clean and modern. The staff was so friendly & helpful.. Very Good selection of Breakfast items both Hot & Cold. Location of the Hotel was perfect for us. Lots of Shopping and Restaurants within a mile of hotel.
Location was great - right beside Macy's. Room was a good size and I liked the toilet separate from the shower. Breakfast was good and was different from Friday to Saturday, so that added variety.
Very friendly staff, always have a clean, comforting experience at this hotel, best value in Michigan. Like the in-room coffee, comfortable bed, cleanliness of room and surroundings outside.
Location was convenient. There was some remodeling going on at the hotel, which limited parking a bit, but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Staff members were very friendly.
Breakfast was good, although we were told it was open til 10 am, but that was only on weekends so we missed it Monday morning. Room was clean. 2 out of 3 beds were comfortable.
We have stayed here a number of times over the years as we have a Daughter that lives in Saginaw. Have always found it to be comfortable and perfect for our needs.
The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Better than staff I've had at much nicer hotels. This is the only reason my rating was as high as it was.
