I liked the location,
But right from the start everything started bad when we pulled up to the house and there was a car in the driveway
And the property manager said that belongs to the owner who lives in another country and it wasn't gonna be moved, so instead of 3 car parking it became 1 car parking because the owners car was in the way, after that we went inside the house which it was pretty nice inside but the biggest problem was, that out of 4 bedrooms, 3 did not have electricity and 2 of the bathrooms did not have electricity either, the rest of the family were very upset and so was i, we did not get enough toilet paper so we had to go to the store to buy more paper it was a disaster so basically we did not have a good time, it was really bad so i would never go back nor recommend it to friends or family, very bad experience with this place

This hotel is great.
This hotel is great. The staff and the owner were so accommodating. The gentlemen who run the valet parking were great and fast. The location of the hotel is great too; it's on the same side of the street and a block down from the Food Lab (an awesome food court) and the Game Lab (a giant arcade). I recommend use Lyft to get around the city but most places are in walking distance from the hotel. Downtown Riverside has a college town feel to it but it's still an urban city that you need to be cautious in. Overall, Downtown Riverside is a good time every time.

Though the hotel provided a bed to sleep on, there amenities were less than adequate. We discovered during our stay that the room had cockroaches on top being given a blow dryer that didn’t work. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay considering we paid nearly 200 dollars to sleep for 5 hours and wish to gain compensation.

Although the building and property is beautiful, the quality of the whole experience is mediocre at best. Restaurants are bland and very mediocre(ate at Mexican restaurant BLAND!!) and had breakfast and room service - also extremely bland food) zStaff lacked poise and professionalism. All the staff were very young and seemed uninterested and undertrained. Heard housekeeping cursing and complaining. Front desk did not explain Wi-Fi, they did not point out or explain layout of where things were located in the hotel, they did not take luggage to the room. Housekeeping did not clean our room one of the 3 days, despite being gone from 9:30am-9:30pm. No water given in the room. Overall it was an extremely underwhelming experience. If you are used to quality when traveling, this is not the place for you. I would say a 2 out off 5.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in.
This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in.
Upon arrival the little lobby smelled liked an old, filthy disgusting taco stand with Indian or Pakistan smell of curry.
The person behind the window had his ear pods in his ear and listening to music and did not even acknowledge me standing there for 30 seconds.
The room was so very filthy, torn sheets, filthy shower, toilet, old table and very filthy chair with urine spots on it, the metallic Kleenex box was rusty, dirty and no tissue in it, the bathroom door would close and would not open again and it had to be forced open by body slam,
the entrance door to the room had graffities on it, at night I heard next door neighbor's door being banged on and there was drug dealing between the neighbor and some stranger.
This place is HELL, and I was told the attendant behind register is the manager, when I asked him again are you sure you are the manger since I felt he was lying to me, then he said, okay, the manager is Victor and upon my request he provided me a business card with no names on it except the hotel's name and phone number.
They are lairs, filthy people and they will charge you $110.00 and give you a rat hole to sleep in. I need the entire amount of fees and taxes that you charged refunded with a letter of apology and a promise for you to upgrade this "SLUM HOTEL" to American Standard. I took 25 photos of the room #211 and will be happy to send them to you along with 1 video of the bathroom door.
Outstanding place to stay. Rooms having an outdoor entry was cool. Glenwood king room was very spacious, clean, and despite old museum type building and furniture, it was a great stay. Pool and restaurants were exceptional as well. $23 daily for valet parking which isn't bad considering food, drinks and coffee were all walking distance in Downtown. It's also a plus that the hotel is right off the freeway and has an exit and street named after it. I cannot wait to stay at again @ Mission Inn
We could NOT STAY at this property SAFELY they’re was a domestic violence assault occurring as we were attempting to check in. Staff however was remarkably in refunding us and they seem to provide onsite security because I think this maybe a common problem but if you are traveling thorough and have children avoid riverside or choose a different hotel. Stay safe!
First time staying in Riverside. Arlington Inn is located close to many restaurants so we had a very nice lunch. In the morning we had breakfast at the Riverside airport cafe. What a great place and was just around the corner from the Inn. The rooms were perfect for a one night stay, beds were very comfortable. There was even a small fridge.
Upon arrival, we found the SB drink left on the floor in the room, so maybe the maid forgot to discard it after cleaning the room.
We have enjoyed their great hot breakfast buffet!
Only we disliked their hotel coffee brand but we love their tea brand!
The location is great. The breakfast was good minus the scramble eggs and potatoes. The rate for 2 night is over priced for Riverside California. To park your vehicle has a good secure but the price to park your vehicle is high
The room smelled like dog the blankets smelled like pee there was holes in the wall it was not clean it was the most nastiest hotel I have ever been in there was no towels no soap
Breakfast service was excellent ! Hotel Front Desk staff excellent also. We had a couple .”issues” in the room but they compensated us to our satusdsction
I like the staff. How secure you feel at the hotel. (Need your room key for almost everything.) And how clean the hotel is. Definitely will be booking again
