Had breakfast croissant sandwich delivered to room. Not quite hot enough but 15 seconds in microwave and it was fine. Small coffee maker in room. AC a bit noisy but there was a sign alerting guests of this abode the thermostat. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants.

Only one ice machine for whole hotel and it was used for coolers so frequently empty. Pool was awaiting inspection and closed. Staff was friendly but bickering among themselves. Manager argued with patrons during breakfast and with staff regularly. No housekeeping. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the area.
