Asked for a $200.00 CASH deposit because I wanted to pay cash for my room, a room for 1 night, a room for $90, a $200.00 deposit. Ridiculous! Couldn’t even see out the windows, filthy! Not wet, covered in something grimy . Not happy! Also asked for a lower floor room or handicap, nope, got stuck on the second floor😡

I used booking.com we agreed on the full chare of $129.36 taxes included. But I was charged $143.00 upon checkout and did not notice the charge until we got home. Have tried to contact booking.com to get my refund but they do not answer. When I try to contact someone it takes me to the hotel and not booking.com. Seems booking.com takes the money but won't deal with anything else. They have not answered my request that I submitted almost 2 days ago, but they take your money in a second. Very bad practice. Did anyone have this problem?

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, great people, good food...

I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, great people, good food and the kindness that was extremely refreshing given the divisive posture of our nation right now. The food at every restaurant we ate went beyond our expectations. We visited Toleca Mexican and Charro Mexican and Cliftons West Side Cafe. The wait staff at each of these restaurants were polite, kind, courteous. Lebanon is like stepping back in to simpler place and time. Everyone we encountered were friendly and courteous. Access to various businesses was no problem since traffic was never over bearing.

The staff is great. Very friendly and responsive.

The staff is great. Very friendly and responsive. The rooms need upgrading bad,but that is not Lebanon's fault the owner needs to make a lot of upgrades. If your traveling its an ok place to stay. It is very easy to get around lebanon.

We was disappointed in the steak house we had supper at.

We was disappointed in the steak house we had supper at. Our steaks was not done even close to how I requested, I told our waitress and she did not act like she cared. So I left a small tip compared to what I usually leave.

This was the filthiest room I ever stayed in.

This was the filthiest room I ever stayed in. I can’t describe the nasty filth. Toenail clippings on nightstand. Cigarette ashes everywhere. The room smelled of smoke. The front clerk told me to cancel my room and leave when I asked him to come check out the room. The refrigerator had mold in it. Was afraid to take a shower because of the dirt in the bathroom. I wasn’t offered another room I assume all rooms there are filthy dirty. There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread. I just can’t describe the overwhelming filth.

America Best Value Inn at Lebanon is ideally located on the edge of the city. The room was quiet and comfortable. Ample free parking was available. There was a charging socket by the bed. The shower was excellent. The WiFi is good and secure, which is a less common benefit in my experience.

Very very clean!!! I promise it looks a lil shabby in the front/reception area and not as inviting but it was so clean and quiet. The hotel is independently owned and manager was very kind. Housekeeping was good and they are practicing COVID measures for the most part.
