Breakfast atrocious. Eating area not clean, food was 4th rate, stations not kept supplied- eg coffee dispenser, cream etc

Upon checking in the Front Desk Staff were extremely helpful for recommendations, invited us to enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies and bottled water all available 24 hours a day, Located across from King of Prussia Mall, location was excellent access to restaurants and the highway.
Beds very comfortable and room was immaculate. Large bathroom counter, hair dryer, plenty of towels, good shower/tub. Room was great size (2 queen beds), and had desk and chair. Large window looked out on tree area (room 286) so very private.
Various choices for breakfast, easy checkout.

King of Prussia was a great area.
King of Prussia was a great area. We were there for the Super Billiard Expo. It was a great event. We also enjoyed the King of Prussia mall. It was huge and a variety of stores I had not seen before

The property was exceptional clean, and I’m a bit OCD.
The property was exceptional clean, and I’m a bit OCD. There is a small sitting area with a pullout sofa. Perfect. I was pleasantly surprised. Not the most luxurious, but definitely one of the cleanest and nicest properties I have stayed in, especially for the price

I did not enjoy my stay due to the slamming of doors along with the marijuana smell. I was surprised that I didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave or a safe to store my valuables. The bed was angled in a weird direction I guess that was how it was supposed to be.

I didn't like one aspect of my stay.
I didn't like one aspect of my stay. Moment I walked in room, floor was sticky. Loose toilet seat, room phone doesn't work, had to use my phone to notify front desk. I paid a few dollars more for a smoking room of $85.79, I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free. As a sign of good faith, I should receive a partial refund.

The hotel was incredibly dirty. It smelled of pesticide and urine. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We asked to change rooms and the room we were switched to had people staying in it that were not on the computer listing. There were strung out people hanging around the hallway. We were concerned for human trafficking. We asked to leave and we’re told by the manager that we would be reimbursed and have not yet had our $208 refunded.
Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.
Overall the hotel is in a good location if you have a car. It is close to the various highways, Valley Forge National Park and the KOP Mall. The room itself was spacious (we took a larger room) and the bed was very comfortable and there was an ability to adjust the temperature in the room beyond the normal 68-72 degrees that some hotels 'lock' you into. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the mall and the breakfast downstairs is ok.
Upon paying for my room again I had to go get a prepaid debit card because they wouldn’t except cash and the hotel manager took the numbers while registering it and stole my money and nobody did nothing about it. When I contacted corporate, they told the hotel manager, what I did, I had called and she, then upon took it upon her self to harass me for a while, get other people to intimidate me and kick us out.
Breakfast is good, the room size is great for 4 ppl (2 queen bed). We enjoyed our stay there. We got to the hotel and went to dinner, which is great. We woke up early enough to get breakfast. Breakfast was not bad, especially the bacon. The bed is comfy. We were given disabled room, very gracious of them due to my parents' limp. Definitely worth the price for the location.
We loved the partial wall partition between the bed and desk area. The bed was comfortable. It is an attractive and well cared for hotel.
The staff was accommodating. The gentleman who refilled the breakfast area did a very well job. Of course, the area gets crowded and he managed to refill and take care of the area.
Very close to the King of Prussia Mall.
I really liked the fact that I could check in and out using my Hilton Honors App. I didn't have to worry about arriving late. The room was clean and comfortable and a notch above. Was relieved to know that they had their breakfast options up and running like normal. Eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, etc.. Good options!
The location was good for travelers needing easy access to King of Prussia Mall, local universities, like Villanova, and the PA Turnpike. Rooms were comfortable. Lobby was nicely appointed. It is a very large facility which seemed to accommodate weddings, conferences, family reunions.
absolutely nothing was good about this property!!!
they over booked the place and sent us to another hotel and the other hotel room was not even booked in the other place. have been on the phone for hours just trying to get a good nights rest.
The location was good. It was relatively easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and we were rather close to all of the activities we did while in town. The breakfast was okay. The food was what I would expect from a free hotel breakfast.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV with built in Chromecast was a nice touch. Stand-up shower was large with wonderfully hot water. Conveniently located right next to the King of Prussia mall. Also a short trip to Valley Forge.
The rooms were clean and spacious! Staff were friendly! We had my husband’s company’s Christmas party there. Everything was amazing food, rooms and location. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Good location for north Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Close to King of Prussia Mall and other shops. Bus stop right outside hotel to get into central Philly. Very nice breakfast.
I feel that there needs to be more privacy and security cameras in more areas because of random people entering the hotel who are not staying or paying for a room to stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great room, clean, gym was nice. Good location. Next to King of Prussia Mall and 20min to Philadelphia city center. Would stay here again.
