Staff, specially the bartender, I think his name is Rick or Rich! Super friendly and very patience!
Nestled in the Denver Tech Center, just a short drive from downtown Denver, this hotel in Englewood, Colorado offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains as well as excellent amenities.
The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

Nothing good to say about this place.
Nothing good to say about this place. We checked out because we didn't feel safe for a 2nd night.
1st night there were several police cars in the front and back of this place. Officers told me make sure your car is locked up and nothing in view cause it will get broken into. Drug addicts outside tweeking in the middle of the day.
Carpets were stained in the room and hallways. Bathroom was nasty. Sleeped on a sleeping bag cause didn't trust this place, probably has bed bugs. Nothing positive about my stay at this hotel. Don't stay here. Learn from my mistake at staying at Greewood Inn.

The location was great.
The location was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. However, the desk staff were disinterested in the air conditioning not working, no hot water the second morning, no WiFi! I was there to work and had to use my mobile hot spot. No compensation for the inconveniences.

The 1st room they gave us had a terrible smell. Second room.was ok but missing the desk.chair. Also.had no Wi-Fi. We ask.to change but the manager refused and said the wifi was out and being fixed. My 13 year old stated he had wifi in the lobby 2 floor, 3rd floor. I spoke to the manager once again and they stated it would be fixed. No wifi the entire stay. So we.checked out 9 AM and went to another hotel. Never stay on the first floor. Unacceptable they would not move us again.
The staff was incredibly kind, courteous, accomodating, thoughtful! The manager Josh P was exceptionally awesome! He went so far above and beyond to make my stay co.fortable and safe. I travel a lot and this staff was the most awesome, helfpul, and kind that I have ever encountered. Im so thankful that I chose this hotel for my extended stay. Im .oving into my new place today and ill miss the staff here. Ill be back!
Absolutely terrible this hotel should be burnt to the ground, that’s the only thing that will rid the earth of this scorch of a hotel.. drug addicts everywhere, homeless everywhere throwing up, I would trust the wuhan meat market to not give me covid 19 over trusting this hotel… heck I’d trust pelosi and Gavin newsom with my gun rights before id ever stay at this hotel….
staff members from the hotel were amazing. Literally not a hyperbole they were a 10+. my wife and I forgot to bring toothpaste and razor to shave, staff members at the front desk were able to provide us with a disposable razor, and a few mini packets of toothpaste. Breakfast was always stocked and room service was amazing
I love this hotel, this is ia our second time stopping here on our way from Moab to Chicago.
Convenient location, attentive staff, very friendly front desk, good for pets, good breakfast, good value. I love rooms without a carpet - as a family with allergic children we appreciate laminate floors.
The location was not far from downtown and getting to the airport was easy given close proximity to the highway. The hotel itself is impressive with a decent fitness center and amenities. Check-in was easy and the person who helped us was super friendly and great at customer service.

It’s is a very inexpensive hotel. Cost:value was exceptional! Staff was professional and friendly and the breakfast was well maintained and quite good. For less than $100/night I don’t know that I’ve had a better stay in this country.
We have stayed at this hotel numerous time because my kids love the pools. They have a little separate kiddy pool for the little kids, a bigger pool for the older kids, and a hot tub for mom and dad.
I had stayed at the hotel many times prior to the name change from Best Western Plus to Greenwood. Some of the hotel staff were the same and they were great.
