For the cost of the stay, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The building was beautiful, with welcoming open spaces and the rooms/ammenities were all well kept and clean.

the property is calm, relaxing, embedded in fantastic nature with super nice, friendly and helpful owners, Terry and Paul, who give you the feeling to be part of their family. I never felt better at a B&B. Furthermore Terry loves to bake and prepares the most delicious breakfasts! I will certainly return!

Went for a wedding. Didn't spend much time in the town, but did stop at
gourmet donuts on the way out of town, which was awesome. and stopped at a Fitchburg farm for apples, and other purchases, it was lovely.

It was close to the event I had to attend.
It was close to the event I had to attend. I traveled with 3 kids location had no elevator room had to be changed for a first floor. As soon as you enter this location it smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed was very hard, not comfortable at all. Rooms are pretty outdated. Price too high. More of an motel then hotel. Staff were friendly. I will not stay here again.

It's pretty much in the middle of everything you need and want to do. Easy access to the highways and interstates. Not very far from Boston or Salem to mention just a few places. Pick your times just right and enjoy the craft fairs and outdoor activities. Make sure you visit the Apple Orchards near by. I went to North Brookfield Orchards and had a wonderful time taking a ride on a hay wagon. Such fun and lots to see. Also there is Red Apple Farm in Phillipston which is not far from Gardner. There's lots to see there too. Don't forget to pick your own apples. Gardner has a lot of wonderful spots to eat. Make sure you ask the people at the desk where the good food is. LOL Just down the road you can even walk to it is Patriot Pizza. Such great food. I miss it already. :) Dunkin Donuts just across the street and so much more. Hope you enjoy your trip as much as I enjoyed mine.
This place is very nice, a wedding/banquet facility with very nice dining on site. Rooms were very similar to Hampton Inn's.
I was able to check in early. Wifi worked well. Microwave and fridge in each room. Indoor pool. I thought the $150+ paid was a good value compared to other hotels in this area and my entire New England trip.
The overall appearance of the hotel was terrific. Our experience at the Colonial Grill was very good except that the breakfast was overpriced considering the variety offered.
