The hot breakfast was great. The pool area was nice, although multiple guests were disappointed to find there wasn't a hot tub.
The beds were comfortable and the room had a larger size fridge and fullsize microwave.
The staff were all courteous and handled themselves with dignity and grace in a very busy college graduation weekend, along with other events.

The manager told me I would be in one room and when I checked in it was filled so in the only other room available at the time the A/C and TV did not work, and there was no phone. Also they double charged me as did not recognize my payment through you. Then the clerk in the office said he could put me in a better room and when I went to it it was occupied.
It was very clean. Amenities in the room were great. Beds/pillows are very comfortable (I prefer harder madresses, so it worked for me very well). The room was spatious. Altough breakfast was not included, instant coffee (and the kettle) was provided (some tea would have been nice too). There's also fridge in the room. There's a cafe at the ground floor of the hotel that provides breakfast options. The view was great (over campus).
I really loved this hotel modern looking comfy great location next to Eastwood mall . Tanger shopping outlet 30 min away lots of different food in area. food is 5 min walking distance pool was warm breakfast was delicious lots of options and hot food very impressed internet and tv work great very nice room had a cute reading corner
The rooms were well laid out, plenty of room for kids and dogs. The hotel was very clean and had a modern and inviting decor. The pool was clean and stocked with fresh towels. Great green space including doggie bags. Grocery store withing walking distance. Nice breakfast (to go) and fresh coffee! Loved staying here!
The rooms are not clean, they have a weird smell, garbage in the carpet , shower amenities were dirty , also curtains were dirty with a blood stain and the locks on the doors do not work properly from inside. The price is cheaper than most hotels but really not a huge difference. I won’t stay there again
Really nice staff. The sheets and towels were clean (although stained). Booked 3 months in advance for college move in and was glad to have any room at all.
Next door to the hotel is a Whole Foods Market with dining. That was super handy after a day of dorm move in.
At arrival, I wasn’t too sure about the area that the hotel was located in, but after driving around East Lansing, we realized this hotel was actually in a very convenient and safe location near the Michigan State campus. Actually, it’s pretty much at the gates.
I liked the receptionists; all of them were extremely kind and cordial. I also liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. There were restaurants and other stores nearby. There was also a bus stop very close to the hotel so commuting was easy.
Great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great coffee bar and great area to sit and work. Lots of stores and places to eat. Abuts MSU campus. Had a great run on the campus. Great price!
The hotel is really well located, near amenities and the University. Overall the rooms are really nice, with a pleasant decoration and everything one needs to be comfortable.
Location great. Well kept up rooms. Staff very personable. The breakfast offered was a good variety of cold and hot food. We have not stayed in a better hotel.
