Upon check in, the lady at the counter was very nice, firendly and helpful. She checked us in quickly and told us about the hotel, breakfast times and directed us to our room. She provided us with extra soap, shampoo and lotion which was very helpful since we didn't need our room cleaned.
The hotel was clean, safe and well lite, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again.

First time I went there. I was welcomed by Sherry who was awesome! She was so kind, comforting and professional! She did everything she could so that I have an enjoyable stay. She immediately made me feel comfortable after a draining flight. Thank you Sherry! And thank you to Lydia as well! Nice room with big bed and everything you need. Breakfast was good too. Nex time I will come to Cincinnati I will go back there with no hesitation!

This property is a haven for drug addicts. We went through moving 3 times! 4 different rooms and none of them are as described or pictured in the advertising of this hotel. The king size bed we ASKED for was more than years old by the feel, rooms were filled with bugs, blood stains, urine odor, and one reaked of marijuana. A great way to spend my bf 9 years CLEAN AND SOBER. We were LATE getting to our concert and lost a better spot by the stage, had to be on the phone with customer service while trying to enjoy the concert, only to be told you could offer $5? Really? We ended up having to move again and again until 1am! We ended up with a DOWNGRADE to 2 double beds, had to sleep separately, and the room was trash, but we needed to SLEEP! I WANT A FULL REFUND. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

Very dark hallways on way to second floor .
Very dark hallways on way to second floor . Poor patch work on walls in bathroom drywall cracking falling off walls. A lot of paint missing on all walls. All over needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Just my opinion of course. We just wanted clean bed and shower and had to get beach towels out of car to take shower. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 people. Staff said towel shortage . Not acceptable. Sorry
I didn't like it. I had a spring in my back from the bed. When you ask for towels they tell you to bring the dirty ones down first. House keeping which is an elderly gentleman knocks on the door but doesn't hear you when you yell "I'm fine" so he opens the door why you're laying in bed. This is hotel hell. There's so many people there and they stay up all hours of the night outside and they're not quiet. As you're walking to your room the smell of marijuana hits you in the face. It's horrible.
Yes the staff was very kind to me
I walk with a rolling walker....he had no rooms on first floor
But he went above and beyond....cause I couldn't climb steps
My mother just passed away and he felt compassion
For me ....I had to make reservation at last last minute
So tell him
Thank you

He made my day
I liked absolutely nothing about the property I felt absolutely unsafe and the room was full of bedbugs that I have pictures of and trash and the maintenance person came and did not say one word to me and just open the door it was the worst experience
The room was clean and beds were clean and made. The A/C was ice cold and worked well. The shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water to use. The bed was firm and supportive, much better than soft beds I have slept in in many hotels.
Staff was helpful and apologetic when we told them about the state of the room. He issued a refund right away and we went to a different hotel across the street. Do not stay here!!
