The room was clean even we first arrived, but it did not have enough towels for four people, and the in-room coffee amenity was enough for one person only. They did not bother to come in to clean the room or provide fresh towels, empty trash the next day.

There was nobody at the counter when I arrived. I had to wait. There was nobody at the counter when I checked out at 0700. When I asked for a receipt (on a phone at the counter) I was just told not to worry; I'll receive in via email -- no personnal contact. ..... maybe that is the future. Check in with a robot; check out with a robot.....maybe the cost will come down with no requirement for personnel.

I have grew up in champaign county moved away for ten years but, like they say there is no place like home. For my motel stay in motel 6 was not only comforting but very enjoyable. While I have been looking for property to invest and buy in. Thank you to all who has made my stay and home coming so enjoyable.

We only stayed one day and night. We drove up to see Hardy's Reindeer Ranch. It was very enjoyable, The reindeer, feeding them, pumpkins, the general store was fun, they had a corn maize and food on site. Grandkids loved it and had a great time.

We came to visit my son at University of Illinois. The college is beautiful.
I recommend the original pancake house for breakfast very good and Biaggi's for dinner, my son is gluten free and both places great food and lots of options.

The area was seedy. People hanging out around the entrance.
The area was seedy. People hanging out around the entrance. Did I smell marijuana? We paid $40 more to stay here rather than the next closest motel (across the street), which we've stayed at before. We expected the room to be nicer than the Motel 6, but it wasn't much nicer. The website made it look like we were getting a really nice room for the extra money, so we went for it. We were disappointed. Felt like bait and switch a little. The room was okay, just not worth the extra $40. Sorry.

They are the home for the University of Illinois and the university has great facilities. The city jacks up the hotel pricing during the state tournaments held there and most of the restaurants were short staffed but that is typical of everywhere you go now. A lot of places were closed early due to staff shortages.
Great location for a stop on my 2-day drive. Very large room - sitting room at entrance with sofa, then bathroom and then a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. Looks like they have tried to update the rooms fairly recently. Hotel is clumped together with a number of other hotels and area is a bit sleepy, but some good food options nearby. Free breakfast was good. Overall a great value and plan to stay here again anytime I have to make the same drive.
The hotel was dark and dirty rooms. No one sat on the beds. We only stayed for a half-hour and we requested to have a refund. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast available. There was NO information on the website stating that the amenities were not options. The staff was nice but didn't seem to care about fixing the smokey and dirty issues in the room or the bathroom or offer a different room in its place.
I love this Hotel wounderful staff...very customer service friendly.. which is very hard to find now days but not here clean very respectful of any needs you may have...they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the mostly comfortable.
The location was very easy to find. The hotel was clean very quiet and the staff was polite and friendly. The pool was nice and the room was just the way we like it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was nice as well.
Very clean and comfortably decorated... plus quite a large mini fridge. Exceeded my expectations especially considering how well-priced the room was. Will definitely look here first next time I need a hotel.
In general, the hotel is good for both individuals and families, however, there are no restaurant facilities, so if you need food you have to order online or go out for food, the breakfast is good,
no breakfest bullshit,no ice machines vending machines empty, hotel filthy at back entrance.beds not made in a niebors room, for sure a econmy hotel . 2 small towels in room, joke
The size of the room was good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was in a great location near the interstate and parking was free and readily available.
We loved everything about this property…except that the pool was closed. We came with two families of kids, and all were very disappointed that the pool was closed.
I love the open view and comfort that the lobby gave when walking into the hotel, also the set up of the room and bathroom which was amazing and warm feeling.
