All the front desk clerks we're amazing and the housekeeping staff we met the next day we're amazing as well. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. We'll definitely stay there again if we go to the Chavez arena

I liked the cleanliness, I liked that it was quiet. I really liked the area set up for pets. It had a fenced area and felt safe when I took my dog at night. Breakfast was adequate, better the first day than the second. Front desk was very helpful

The breakfast needa to include bacon as a meat choice. The menu needs to change that was the WORST PULLED PORK EVER TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. THERES IS NO FRENCH DRESSING NO HOUSE Italian DRESSING THEY DID NOT REFILL THE FOOD QUICK ENOUGH BOTH NIGHTS WE HAD TO WAIT FOR REFILLS THERES NO DESSERT
I had to cancel my reservation for the second night because I forgot to add my significant other to the reservation or leave a room key and staff had just assisted me with adding sheets and covers to my bed I left right after that called immediately and he would not give her a key and she had her identification and everything she was so upset we had to switch hotels for the next day

Nothing this was the worst hotel stay I've ever been at the entire place was dirty and disgusting there was a dead bug on the floor, toilet had someone poop on the rim and seat was loose and broken, tub was dirty and disgusting I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Elevator is disgusting hallways smells like smoke and disgusting I only slept here because I did a 18 hour drive and was exhausted but never again.Garron - 2.0Scored 2.0

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in in my life. My room wasn't cleaned, no clean towels, trash not taken out. TV didn't work, air conditioner didn't work well, refrigerator did not work. It was a total disaster. Ice Machine on 3rd floor did not work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone. Price too high for service and rooms.Lowe

It doesn't seem anybody from the personnel tried to stop them. The next morning a new receptionist wasn't even aware of the last night's events and didn't care to find out. There were ants in the room. From the technician's reaction, I realized it's pretty normal in this hotel.
