Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Could use more space for people to eat breakfast. Rooms we nice and clean. We liked our stay. The elevator was a little scary.

Very convenient for Biltmore and the outlet mall. Quite an old hotel but has had a refurb so clean and fresh. Our room was fine and the bathroom was good and spacious . Tasty breakfast.Handy to have laundry room.
