We've been to this hotel twice and actually like everything. It's really almost perfect, in terms of staff, location and cleanliness. Only the noise that can be heard from outside at night is a bit disturbing and you can hardly sleep through. However, we also experienced this in another hotel in Izmir. We were even able to check in before 4 p.m., which we are very grateful for, as we had already been awake for more than 24 hours when we arrived to even get there.

So many things to see on day trips from the area: Ephesus, Pamukkale and Hieropolis, Cesme, etc. What's left of old part of town is worth a visit as are the remains of the ancient Greco-Roman town (though a lot is currently closed off). Much of the city by the water is 'new' because of the destruction of the 1922 fire, which is sad. But a great experience overall (even the taxi drivers are nice and honest, and the weather was much better than in Istanbul). Definitely want to go back.

We where on the family vacation so we were easy going! It was too hot, so we were walking late afternoons and evenings. We were on a good position - The Marriott Hotel, so we manage to se all important sites like the Clock Tower . Kemerlati, Agora, and other places near by as well as to have long walks on the lungomare- there is a promenade along the entire city along the coast, there is a lots of green spaces please where people enjoyed siting, talking,
Are main goal was to se Ephesus site, so-called The Virgin Mary House, Siringe Village - it was magnificent!
In all places were we had a chance or we choose to eat - either in the restaurants on the cost in the city, or in the mall, or in the place like Siringe Village food was delicious!

Unfortunately, my expectations from the city were higher.
Unfortunately, my expectations from the city were higher. I've chosen a wrong area to stay in (Konak) and it was dirty and not safe. The sea was very dirty, not clean city at all with lots of smell
The location is EXCELLENT !
2 min walk to metro and train stations. The hotel is located close to many restaurants, fast food, fairy station, the corniche and all what’s needed for a good stay in Izmir.
We enjoyed our walks in Alsancak streets safely and the ambiance was amazing.
The staff were helpful as well.
From the airport, you can take the train directly to Alsancak where the hotel is located.
This is not my first time in Park Inn, this is the best hotel in Izmir. Worth the value. Room is super clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent. Location can not be better, a few min walk to Konak Pier, or Alsancak. And of course there is Starbucks right next to entrance:) Sea view room was nice.
Another moment: Hotel calls lab guys for you to get PCR test before your flight. Only 35$ .
If you are visiting Epesus this is you ideal place to stay. It is only a short drive to the ancient site, five minutes drive to a cute village on the hills where you can have a nice dinner and shop for local products. It is only 20 minutes drive to Kusadasi for a stroll on the beach. Plenty of private parking, nice garden and swimming pool. Lovely breakfast.
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and excellent location. Their breakfast buffet was fabulous with plenty of options. Darina was the sweetest and was extremely helpful during our entire stay in Izmir. We were even provided with a garden view upgrade. The toiletry they provided were really high quality. The stay did not disappoint whatsoever!!
It is very good hotel. The location is of the hotel is excellent. It is in most central square of Izmir port . You are in the middle of restaurant and cafes. There is metro station at distance 5 minutes by walking. The Staf was very friendly. The room is so comfortable and is exactly like photos. I hope to visit it again at the future!!!!
Very nice hotel located at the heart of Izmir downtown. Walking distance to Izban train, near shops, cafe & restaurants. Also walking distance to some attractions like Ataturk Muzesi, the beach. We even walk up to Kontak to Women's Museum. Highly recommended. Breakfast is served at an Irish Pub on lobby level. Friendly staff. Recommended.
+ one of a few hotels in Turkey with bathtubs in standard rooms, I really appreciated it;
+ great breakfast, choice was wide and food was quickly refilled;
+ windows seemed to be sound proof because I couldn’t hear the nearby construction site;
+ furniture is of high quality (rare in Turkish hotels) and not smoked
The location is #1 reason for staying in this hotel. It's right smack in the middle of Alsancak and Konak Square, which for me are the 2 main interesting areas in Izmir. The hotel room and facilities were also up to standard - nothing to complain in that regard.
i love this hotel, old design but feel comfortable, clean and the staff very kind, friendly and helpful. next time when i come back to izmir i will book this hotel again. location is great near market and bazaar, near clock tower izmir
Definitely the best hotel in Izmir. Everything is so new (opened last year). To make perfect, I would have liked the outdoor pool to be on a higher floor and ideally infinity with a view like we had from the balcony in the room.
Nice hotel, well located, near to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helping.
Even if the building is not very recent and new, the room was clean.
Will recommend it for depending one or two nights in Izmir.
The hotel is at one of the best Locations in İzmir. The stuff not only is kind and professional but are also understanding. It's breakfast also is great and it is a beautiful place especially for visitors from abroad.
Everything,the hospitality,the staff,was perfect.We had a great experience in New Hotel Zeybek.I would definitely recommend everyone to come in and enjoy the beauty of Izmir.
It was exactly what we needed....a budget hotel just to sleep properly after tiring and hectic trips around Izmir. Mostofa and the team were super helpful and accommodating.
