The most beautiful location in a very quiet secluded area. We got the most stunning sunrise and sunset. Very sweet hosts who were very helpful.
Gelibolu is a quiet town on the coast with a great public...
Gelibolu is a quiet town on the coast with a great public beach and a number of quality restaurants - recommend Balkan, Kalabalik and Ilhan. Easy to get to and not too busy. Nightlife is there, good bars. Flat so good for walk/bike roide around the coast into town. Great for a long weekend relaxation. Easy base to explore from and ferries operate every half an hour to go across to Cannakkale. highly recommended.
Due to adverse weather our arrival after booking online was very short notice, and we appeared to catch them off guard when they were actually closed but they couldn't have been nicer about it and quickly made us coffee to warm us up which was so incredibly thoughtful. It didn't take them long to get the room ready and they showed us a great place under cover to park the motorcycles. The hotel has a great view of the new bridge too.
The location is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful view of the beach from our room terraces. The table on the terraces was very useful. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has a roof terrace where you can have lunch and dinner, with a wonderful view of the sea. Very good food and nice athmosfere. The WIFI was very good in the hotel.
It's a nice little hotel just across the street from the beach and a great seafood restaurant and there are several cafes along the beach. Perfect hot shower, breakfast and Wi-Fi. Parking in front. Gelibolu is a good place to break up the trip between Istanbul and the Gallipoli Peninsula and 8 Rooms Boutique Hotel is the place to stay.
The owner was really nice, we wanted to buy a satir as a present and he helped us in finding one. (he drove his scooter in front of us and showed us the place where we could find it).
The location is not exactly next to the beach, but about 5 minutes away (by foot).
I think it's the best quality/value ratio you can find in Gelibolu
The spaciousness in our room with a wonderful sea view. The staff at reception were very welcoming and very helpful. Willing to store our tandem bike in a room overnight. The location is super. We would thoroughly recommend this efficiently run hotel. We felt really treated! Very comfortable beds and good quality towels.
The room was nice and comfortable, fairly spacious.
The breakfast was nice, though not as extensive as some breakfasts can be in Turkey, it did have all the essentials and more.
My room had a great frontal view to the sea and the beach is practically a 30 seconds’ walk away from the hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable. Very caring people. Nice breakfast, and across the road is a great bbq restaurant. It was a nice walk into town from the hotel.
A lovely modern hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. They were particularly helpful with our bikes with overnight secure storage and a very useful replacement for a missing screw for the bike.
interesting location - you can stay in the hotel and contemplate the modern way of Turkey to cross the Dardanelles - the longest suspension bridge CHANAKALE 1915
Stylish hotel near the sea, good food in the restaurant and a fantastic breakfast on the roof terrace with a sea view. Walking distance to the port.
