The room was very clean and well-designed with an amazing view, the service was exceptional, and the staff was very helpful and co-operative (especially since we requested an early check-in and late check-out). I had a few issues with the room however the hotel team was very attentive and quickly provided solutions. Especially Dogukan Bey was very helpful to get these sorted out. In the morning, the reception was already giving me report on when and how things were going to be sorted and when I came back, all was fixed.
