the property is bang on Khao San road, great location. room is surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. khoa San road is mental so if you want a quiet secluded stay don’t pick here. great for walking everywhere

Cabs are lined up in the main road. We paid 100 baht when we went to the Grand Palace. You can also take Grab, the bus and metro nearby. There are two shopping/ grocery centers- Lotus and Central Pinklao- and street food markets. The staff were professional and welcoming. They kept the property clean all the time. If you want to live like the locals and stay in a tranquil place, this is the place for you.

Everything... Great value. Lovely room. Amazing hot water shower. Bottled mineral water daily. Refrigerator, kettle and air con in room. Awesome welcoming helpful staff and service. Spotlessly clean room. Perfect location for walking to most of the major spiritual religious cultural sites. Reclining Buddah, King's Palace etc... Frighteningly close to the horrific tourist Khaosan area however I had. some very delicious food on fhat street... Then only 2mins through a connecting indoor closed market lwd me from this pedestrian kareoke bad live music cocktail hell into a wonderful gentle quiet elegant tasteful street with gentle chilled music. It's . full of bars and restaurants one even had s free pool table for customers use. Also with many street vendors selling a variety of great food, fruit and coconut!
