Excellent location, behind Pattys secret garden which we are at all the time as the vibe was so good there!! The owners of Satwantana house were really lovely, just left you to it in their wonderful garden style accommodation. Everyone who stayed there was also really nice! I’d say pretty perfect for the price you pay! Really close to a bike hire shop although they also offered a bike for hire themselves and close to a 7/11 style shop, what more do you need other than what’s on the beach itself which was amazing and fun!

Love the private parking lot which makes access to the car easier. Love the tub (outdoor) and plus they give u a packet of bubble bath powder for you to use! Location is great as there is a buffet (Japanese fusion) just less than 5mins away and a 7-11 at the right side of the guard house.

Great location- easy walk to pier and ferries, as wellastrainstation. Many shops close by offering food, massages etc as well as street market next door.
Enjoyed the complimentary jasmine tea in the lobby area, and thought the room was a great size and good facilities. View of river was a bit disappointing, had to go onto balcony and look hard left to see the river in the distance. High buildings were situated between our room and river so unable to look directly onto river from our room on 12th floor.

I liked that when you go out you are just on the main street, you have a currency exchange just next to your place, a trourist center that can help you with the bookings, street food, the 7/11 is very close.

the property is bang on Khao San road, great location. room is surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. khoa San road is mental so if you want a quiet secluded stay don’t pick here. great for walking everywhere
