the property is bang on Khao San road, great location. room is surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. khoa San road is mental so if you want a quiet secluded stay don’t pick here. great for walking everywhere

I liked the hotel however it seemed to be a little deserted, the rooms are comfortable and the location as well next to the metro and mall. Very big choice for breakfast.

The hotel is ideally located for public transport by boat (but not the metro) and the main attractions are easily accessible within 15-20 minutes. It is located in a quiet street, but there are shops and restaurants within a short walk (Khao San Road is also quite close) and there are also nice sights nearby. The breakfast is excellent (including coffee!) and there is a large menu to choose from. We also received a breakfast box when we had to leave early (but coffee was not yet available). The family room was quite small for 3 people but well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean, towels and toiletries were also available.

The hotel is close to the hustle and bustle of Khaosan road, but in a much quieter, calmer environment. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the prices are quite reasonable. The pool is great, the wifi works well.
