Almost clean. The key box is available 24 hours a day, giving you complete independence. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to check in. Fully equipped apartment, including a washing machine (but no dishwasher, but I don’t need it). Vietnamese cafe in 20 meters. Nice coffee shop right there. Supermarket 100 meters away. Overall it was not bad.
