We’ve previously stayed in another accommodation with 2 rooms, but our “smaller” single room in hotel Prunk felt more spacious and had enough room for our bags and clothes. The location may not look anything special, but you’ll be able to get to Trieste or the Miramare castle as well as other interesting destinations in Slovenia easily. We’ve also found it very convenient to have the parking lot right in the front of the building.

The Apolonija Guest House is truly a great accommodation! We stayed for two nights because it’s quite close to Trieste, which we visited. It’s a family owned house and the host was very friendly and gratuitous. She welcomed us with a smile on her face and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The house itself is very esthetically pleasing with a lot of attention to details. The room itself was clean and beautiful and the bed was comfortable. There is free parking right at the property. Overall it gave a very Tuscan vibe:)

An exceptional and very peaceful location on the edge of the village, perfect for a complete getaway from the hectic world. The owners, who live next doors, are very welcoming and available. We got a platter with cake, wine, meat,... at our arrival and homemade fruit jam when leaving. When the weather was threatening, they offered to place our in a safer location and helped protecting it with blankets. The garden is fantastic and the view from the terrace is splendid. It was very quiet and peaceful. Inside it is very cosy.
