We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We checked in within minutes with no queue during Ramadan. Service was good and very prompt. I thought there would be delays but they fixed any issues in our room quickly. Room cleaning was daily and very responsive when we needed it. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. I have stayed in the clock tower previously which is an ideal location but this is still very close, has access to the main gates of the mosque and the lift/hotel is not busy at prayer times and you don’t have to wait long for the lift. I booked two rooms, in one room I booked a superior king bed, but when I arrived it had 2 king beds in which I was pleasantly surprised about. The other triple room I did not expect a small living area inside it which was a very nice touch as we were able to have meals there. I have travelled mecca several times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Would recommend it to my friends and family and I will book again in the future in sha allah.
