We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We checked in within minutes with no queue during Ramadan. Service was good and very prompt. I thought there would be delays but they fixed any issues in our room quickly. Room cleaning was daily and very responsive when we needed it. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. I have stayed in the clock tower previously which is an ideal location but this is still very close, has access to the main gates of the mosque and the lift/hotel is not busy at prayer times and you don’t have to wait long for the lift. I booked two rooms, in one room I booked a superior king bed, but when I arrived it had 2 king beds in which I was pleasantly surprised about. The other triple room I did not expect a small living area inside it which was a very nice touch as we were able to have meals there. I have travelled mecca several times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Would recommend it to my friends and family and I will book again in the future in sha allah.

Its near masjid al haram, taxis charge around 15SAR to get there, you have free local transport as well you just need to look for the bus number by your location. Few nice pakistani restaurants here. Almost nobody i met spoke english, hotels are somewhat below average for good sleep & shower. no further services like kettle oven room service etc
