It is lovely, with a fully functioning bathroom and kitchenette and the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and you get to listen to the birds and see the trees the whole time. It's easy to find with GPS so not fully isolated in the woods, but in a very quiet area.

Communication with host was very easy! Very flexible host. When we arrived, getting access to the apartment was also super easy and effective. The house was pristine clean and smelled amazing. Despite being one of the hottest weeks of the year the house was very cool. The apartment was very quiet and at the same time central. Top experience! Photos correspond to the reality. We wee always able to park the car in front of the building entrance.
The stay was excellent, the hotel has standard rooms and kinda hostel private rooms in different buildings around the main hotel building, i had a hostel style room, it was a modern and confortable room, looks like the rooms are pretty new, cleaning was good, all the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good, for me it was pretty good stay in Sertã, and ill use them again if im ever around Sertã.
Excellent value hotel close to the town centre, rooms are well equipped with aircon, bathroom has a good shower, the hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast although basic has all you need to start the day.
I was touring the area by motorcycle and stayed here for 2 nights, they offered me a garage to the rear but it is very steep to get in and out of, street parking in the area isn’t a problem.
We had an amazing weekend at Bonjardim Boutique Hotel! Such a lovely place for a weekend out of stress, definitely perfect if you want to recharge your batteries. Perfect for couples but also for families. We stayed for two nights and we also tried the mystery dinner which was lovely, each dish was paired with the organic wines from the farm. Lovely couple runs the business!
It was quiet but close enough to Serta to pop in for supper.
The room was warm, clean and the shower was hot.
The breakfast was wonderful. Homemade jam and bread. Good coffee and homemade juice.
A lot of effort went into the breakfast and our host made an effort t ok help us and make us feel welcome.
She recommended a nice restaurant in town for supper.
The perfect location to stay when exploring Sertã and its surrounding. Wonderful hosts who welcomed us and gave us useful tips. The apartment is at the very center of the town, you're just a few minutes from restaurants and 10 meters from a cosy bar.
It was very clean, warm, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful small hotel, very tastefully decorated. Staff couldn't do enough and were so pleasant. Lovely room. Pool area relaxing and nice sized pool. Small bar area had a billiards table. Fabulous and tasty breakfast. Great for parking our motorbike, at the back of the hotel where we had the choice of it being in a locked garage.
Walked into the lobby and I could smell the making of the banana bread for the breakfast!
Staff was very helpful with none-hotel issues. Made my sty with my dog the most enjoyable and fun stay at a hotel.
Room was big, very clean , extra towels abd pillows.
Booked out today and already booked again for next month
This is a great place to stay in Serta if you're happy to look after yourself. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk, as are a few well-stocked supermarkets for those DIY dinners. The hosts are accomodating and the apartment had everything we needed.
From the location to the staff this is one of the best hotels in Portugal. An easy top5. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the management, the location and the experience. I not only recommend it, I'm already booking another staying.
The whole apartment felt like home and I had everything I needed.
Angela met me at the apartment and was very kind and helpful and made me feel very welcomed.
I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Serta.
Ended up staying in sister hotel in Serta, the Conventa Da Serta, which was fantastic. Amazing building and staff were great. We were on motorbike and they let us park right outside front door. Great pool.
The location was amazing central Portugal (serta) Pure tranquility. Just 10 mins drive to the nearest. Property is beautiful, so clean and very portugese with a Morden element. Lovely helpful host
This hotel is a lovely experience. Quiet, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast included. Cannot overstate how wonderful it is and what a great value it is.
I like everything about the property, very well maintained. The room is spacious and a lot of sunlight with a little balcony oversee Serta during autumn
