We liked that we could use the facilities at Mareta Beach Boutique (e.g., the swimming pool) and the facilities at their sister hotel, Mareta View, which is close by. The breakfast is excellent.

I had booked a few days in one of the Woody huts here as a special treat at the end of the Rota Vicentina. Must say I didn't quite enjoy it as much as I had hoped, and ended up regretting having booked for as long as I did.
The facilities themselves are beautiful - all very nicely done up and well maintained, lots of greenery, and there is a nice little restaurant on site, too, with a large outside area to eat and hang out in. Looked like they had some really nice play areas for kids, too.

Apartment was a great size, well appointed and the view was beautiful (we were top floor facing west). Walkable to restaurants and super close to the beach for surfing, could carry a board down.
