Our first stay at this hotel after my original booking at another hotel was cancelled and it will not be our last!! Excellent location just outside the city walls and within easy walking distance of the centre. A choice of parking - either free in the spaces at the front of the hotel (although they get full quickly) , free on some adjoining land (I don't think this is connected to the hotel) or paid in a secure underground car park at a very reasonable 7 Euros a night. Breakfast in the restaurant area just off the large lobby which is very light and airy. Our room was large & comfortable with a free bottle of water. There are two swimming pools - indoor & outdoor and a gym, although we didn't make use of any of these facilities. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The location was great generally quiet, except for the dogs in the property next door & workers on the site starting up chainsaws at 7am! Had the cabin room been soundproofed, this wouldn't have been a problem!
