I travel to Krakow on the regular basis and I have stayed in a number of hotels, but this hotel is one of my favourite. Great location - right next to the shopping centre, train station, coach station and old town is 5 mins walk away. Rooms are very nice and clean. Large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Really nice restaurant on the ground floor. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. I loved my stays here and I will definitely be back.

Breakfast was good if going for continental but not so good for a cooked breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Hotel was in a quiet area but walkable to the old town.
