Very nice breakfast selection. It's also well worth including lunch/dinner in the price as you get a delicious 2-course meal (different on each day). Shared fridge/freezer in the hallway was also very handy to keep your drinks cool. The host was very friendly gentleman.

Perfect space arrangement, up to the smallest detail (for example, having the parking lot at the far end of the lawn and overgrown by bushes, so it doesn't spoil the view). Comfortable, tastefully decorated spacious soundproof rooms (I stayed in the new part overlooking the pond). No kitchy fake-old decor often found in historical buildings. Thanks to expert space management, the hotel seems smaller and more cozy than it really is: people don't get into each other's way. I really appreciated it.

The hotel is overall a pleasant place to stay. However, during our stay, we did notice that the room wasn't perfectly clean as we found some rubbish under the bed which appears to have been left by the previous occupants. Despite this, the breakfast was quite good and we enjoyed the convenience of the nice parking lot and its central location. In addition, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.

Everything.. This is my go-to place whenever i need a downtime.. it is such an amazing place, especially if you have a family.. The facilities are just incredible.. from the indoor pool, to the jacuzzi to the outdoor infinity pool.. Plus karpacz is 15 minutes drive away through the forest.. making it perfect for hiking in summer and skiing in winter..
I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to karpacz for the mountains..

the house located in 10 minutes on foot from entrance to the Park with small waterfall, so it is great place for walking, joggling. bus stop is close, so it is possible to get bus to other places for city sightseeing. The owners are great and communicable, speak English, so no language barrier at all. Definitely will get back there and have already added place to one of favourites!
The coupe owners are super nice, caring and funny, felt like holiday at grandmas. The location is perfect, everything in the hotel is perfectly clean and feels very comfy.
