I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

Their in-house restaurant, Hub & Spoke has really some good food offerings. That Goto-lomi is superb! The breakfast was really good. Not a lot of choices but food selection is delicious. Wifi is fast and available everywhere I go in the hotel. Most of all, very convenient location. There's 7 eleven downstairs!
