The property itself was really clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the craft beer bar and coffee shop under the hotel were a great place for a drink/light food.

We stayed here from May13-15,2024 .The Clealinest is Superb. Everywhere in the hotel was absolutely fantastic super clean. Bed is comfortable They're even have hot water in the shower. The breakfast is Excellent. Very generous serving with different selection of food everyday. The Staff is so friendly and very accommodating. They give 100% customer service. This hotel is 2Star** hotel but the service is for 5Star* This hotel should level up to 5*. The location is excellent too. The area has a lot shops restaurants and even drugs stores. 10mins to SM Mall Bicol via a tricycle (public transport) I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Legaspi Albay Bicol.

Our favorite overnight stop over on the way to Sorsogon.
Our favorite overnight stop over on the way to Sorsogon. Malls, groceries and the Mayon activities are just what we always wanted. Internet and banks are almost anywhere, if there is a need of emergency business needs.

Skyline is one great place to go to see Mt. Mayon but unfortunately it was raining hard when we got up there, the volcano is not visible.
Sumlang lake is a good place to go as the volcano is it’s backdrop.
There’s a lot of big malls if you’re into shopping.
Restaurants and hospitals abound in every location.
Transportation is no problem at all as you can call cabs via phone or online. Public jeepneys can get you from point A to point B.

Check the weather map so that you increase your chances of getting a full view of Mayon Volcano. Do consider booking properties outside Legaspi (Daraga) The tourists attractions are all near Daraga. (less traffic), however all the nice places to eat are in Legaspi.

The vibe is really laid back so we were able to relax. Guests should be equipped to deal with the weather. The Mayon can be viewed everywhere! Try the Hoyop hoyopan cave, and their spicy pinangat. Pasalubong are abaca bags, sili keychains, pili nut near the old riles (train tracks).

My first time in Legazpi was great because we had planned a food tour with GuidetothePhilippines.ph.com. Other than that we had not plan. We were able to walk around and even take a jeepney. People are friendly and helpful. The view of Mt. Mayon on a clear day is unbeatable and breathtaking.

Nice enough city on the bay with the stunning perfect cone of the Mayon volcano as a backdrop.
Needs improvement - the new SM is a start - but needs infrastructure investment big time. International airport for Bicol region - lots of places to visit and explore.
The guesthouse is very comfortable. It feels more like staying in a home than a hotel. The manager, Jerson, was very accommodating to us and helped us customize our stay. For a small fee he provided breakfast and laundry services and replaced linens upon request. He answered all of our questions about local sites for touring. We chose a downstairs room which was a bit smaller than the ones upstairs, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The location of the guesthouse is excellent, it is right in the center of Legazpi.
The hotel is super clean and was properly sanitized before we checked in. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, ensuring that our needs were attended to in spite of checking in late amidst a really bad weather. The hotel is well landscaped and the pocket gardens (and the sound of crickets at night) were a good respite for weary travellers who need a good night's rest! This hotel is highly recommend should you need a place to stay in Daraga.
Elizabeth and Martin were very welcoming and made me feel like home away from hom in Legazpi.
My booking was made last minute on the same day, they replied very promptly. Even my check in was extremely late(I noticed them 2am earlier, ended up check in at 5am) they awaited me all night long. Sorry.
I loved elegant and cozy interior, ambience of the property, food, conversation with them and ALL. Must come back to Casita when in Legazpi.
It’s clean and comfortable beds and the room was so spacious. We had two single beds and it was just perfect. It gave a homey feel even if the room was so big, there was still coziness. There was hot shower which we really loved and the bathroom was very neat. If not for our schedule we would’ve stayed longer to witness Mayon from there. We’re definitely going back to P&B the next time we’re in Legazpi!
Nothing. I am totally dismayed when ii saw the lobby. Lobby entrance ilook like a bodega. The picture submitted by the owner to.booking.com was when the hotel is new. Thus, i back out and t didn't refund any.
It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very close to J. P. Rizal Ave. which is a main thoroughfare in Legazpi City. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Beds are comfortable too.
the view at the top was amazing. you can see the volcano in all its mighty size.
the staff was really friendly. definitely the best choice for some nights in Legazpi.
Hotel was nice except that they don’t have elevator, although the staff helped us carry our luggage’s which was very nice and helpful. Thanks to the very nice staff.
Its above average than the other hotels in Legazpi. Wifi connection is ok, considering that Legazpi has poor internet connection with regular power outages
