Service, staff, rooms, view, Spa facilities, restaurant & bar, round the clock service was all Very Good. The property despite its terrain has been designed in a very user friendly way.
Suggest you go in a group of at least 4-6 persons. or it can get boring. Not much to do around except trekking trails and long walks and yoga in the park. One can visit the city of Kathmandu and Pashupatinath temple. But if you are alone or a couple it can get a little lonesome. Excelent venue to get away from the madding crowd.

It is probably the most overrated place near Kathmandu.
It is probably the most overrated place near Kathmandu. The food prices are crazy expensive (it's not due the remote location as the restaurant owners will claim as a few decently priced restaurants are also available). The road is completely horrible around the Nagarkot main market. There is no petrol pump (gas station) and the place in general lacks any character.

The hike around the hills were easy and scenic. Just use GPS on the phone. Food is easily available. For the adventurous taking the bus to Bakhtapor is definitely a must, we had a careful driver and enjoyed it.

It's a quiet and serene place with wonderful mountain views.
It's a quiet and serene place with wonderful mountain views. Lang tang Himal, Ganesh Himal and many others are seen from the viewpoint. Everest also can be seen, but it's very far. It is definitely a place worth staying for a few days.
great view of the mountains and sun rise, beautiful garden, alpine feeling. kids loved it,
EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION for hiking with pick up in Katmandu, dropped us off at Chengu Narayan for the day hike to Nagarkot with an arranged guide, half way the van met up in case some of our family wanted to drive to the hotel, our luggage was brought to the hotel and ready when we arrived, next day with guide hiked again and van met up again with our luggage at the suspension bridge and drove us back to Katmandu,
The hospitality of the people in the hotel! They are very accomodating especially the owners Mr. Pasang and Mr. Prim! They gave us the best rooms all floors for us only because its not peak season they wanted us to enjoy the view and our stay! Very good value for money! Rooms r clean especially thr bathrooms! Very spacious! They have their own restaurant and food are delicious! They treated us like a family!Very respectful people! Definitely we will comeback! and stay with u again!
The Location was superb.. it was like being on the top of the world with absolute stunning views.
The staff were good, food was good.. it was calming, soothing and very serene.
but the room was barely passable, no space and bathroom facilities were poor.. if this was really worked upon, I believe it will be one of the best Hotels in Nagarkot... because the rest was superb.
Caron the Manager in charge.. took care of all our wishes..
During my stay at Nagarkot Trekkers Inn, I was impressed by the host's exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, kindness, and vast knowledge of the area. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. They even checked in on me a few times when i wasn’t feeling well. I highly recommend this authentic stay to anyone seeking a delightful retreat with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.
1) Cheerful staff and beautiful view from the rooms.
2) All the rooms are facing Mount Everest.
3) Food quality was superb and we enjoyed the food. The price was also reasonable.
4) The person attending us on reception was always there to help us to make our trip a memorable one.
5) Bonfire was although there, though it was chargeable.
6) Couldn’t expect a better view of Himalaya
The Facility was nice and clean. It was clean spacious and as expected from pictures in Booking.com, and all of us were very satisfied with the stay. Our stay was very short but still we had a great time at the hotel. The Owner and the staff were very nice. I would definitely go there again if we go back to Nepal. Had a glimpse of the Himalayas before the fog had appeared.
The spa and massages were fantastic! Thanks to the team, Sumi, Shymala, Kobi for relieving all our aches in our bodies. They also instructed us on yoga in the morning. Prices were reasonable.
All other staff were polite and friendly.
You can see sunrise and the mountains from your balcony. Fantastic!
Very nice hotel with an amazing view from our balcony (attached to the deluxe double room). I think it might be some of the best views in the whole town of Nagarkot. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Wifi worked well too.
The diversion from the main road to the hotel was blocked off for some reason.
So obviously our cars could'nt go up.
Then they offered to take us up in their bikes, which we werent comfortable with.
We didnt stay there, they refused to give us our money back as well!
Best place to live with local nepalis family and see their daily life. It is a traditional house and they serve traditional food. Well located to see the views.
They are really friendly and it is a good way to contribute to local people business instead of big hotels.
Let me start by saying that all the facilities in this hotel is flawless. The view of Himalaya is breathtaking and might've been the best I've seen from Nagarkot.
The restaurant served very fine food and drinks and the SERVICE-staff was friendly.
Clean rooms, fantastic view from the terrace/rooftop. The host kindly helped us to organise a sunrise trip to the viewpoint for a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again
The hotel was beautiful. It was really big and we loved roaming around. The room was beautiful with a big balcony. Loved the breakfast and other services as well.
