Such a quaint experience! The owner has eye for detail and it made this stay special. A hundreds of year old house with the comfort of today. As Americans we enjoyed this tremendously.

Reasonable price, esp. because prices in nearby Utrecht were outrageous (easily twice as expensive for less comfort). The hotel is easy to reach by train because next to the station (10 mins by train to Utrecht central station, 20 min to Amsterdam). The breakfast is absolutely wonderful.

Room was very comfortable and well furnished. Handy to have the small kitchenette. Very quaint town and fun to walk around. Having Albert Heijn close by is also very helpful. Recommend the apple dessert with cinnamon ice cream!

The property was very tastefully decorated, clean and in an excellent location. The hotel was on the edge of a village, in a country setting, yet close to a train station. There were plenty of places to walk and be among nature, however not isolated. The staff were very friendly and were always available to help in any way.

Comfortable ground level Room 3 with bedroom, sitting room and sunroom with garden access was exceptional. Owner/manager was very kind and personable. Breakfasts were very complete and delicious with Dutch cheeses, ham, croissants, toast, fruit & yogurt with Dutch baked goods.
