Ernesto was so kind and attentive to our needs. The city itself is not like Mexico City. It is a lot more rural, so it wasn’t easy to get around but the accommodation had everything we needed. There was even a steamer for a dress that I wore for a wedding. Also, coke in the fridge!! There was also an AC which was so much needed.

I had some issues with my first room (suite); but the staff managed to give me another room (without hydromassage bath), but with an extra top mattress to make the bed softer. Also due to the issues with my room, i got complimentary breakfast which was nice.

8. Peaceful pool and garden area with lots of customer service at all times. If you have ever eaten at Cardinal in CDMX, the service is similar.
9. Internet speed in the room averaged 40-50. The speed averaged 20-35 in the garden and pool. This is very good internet in this city and at a small hotel. Never had a negative issue with our internet usage. This in itself makes this a very good choice in the area.
