Salamanca is not really a tourist area.
Salamanca is not really a tourist area. I was there visiting Mexican family. if you are not Mexican it is not a very safe place to be. It has a large refinery which burns off gases 24/7. Whereas Guanajuato is a lovely town nearby to stay and visit. Lots to see and do. It's a student town and tourists will feel safe here.AndreaUnited Kingdom
