Los Mochis is our jumping off point for the Copper Canyon train. It was a nice town. The botanical garden was the highlight of this city. There are lot of children activities in the botanical garden. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and kind and the location is great. I love the fact they have a small bar and an amazing breakfast in the morning. The restaurant next door is also really good and you can walk there in 2 minutes. The hotel is also very pet friendly and they offer cute little toys for the dogs upon arrival. I am always made to feel very welcome here and will always choose to stay here when passing through Los Mochis.

Of course our room was fantastic, clean and spacious and the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, as are all Balderrama hotels, but Iliana really put it over the top. I never felt like a guest but rather part of the family, I even got invited to join the Alvarez family for Christmas Eve dinner by Cielo and it was an amazing evening! Overall an amazing stay!
