The staff! Matthew the manager get was so lovely, as were all the staff. The location was perfect, central but just far enough away to be so quiet. The rooms were excellent , everything you needed was there, very comfortable beds. Nice touches too like cake and wine from 5pm and a sun terrace to enjoy it. We got to know several other guests this way. Thanks again to Matthew and the team!

The hotel staff were more than helpful, willing to asssist in whatever way they could. Jennifer, at the front desk, was magnificent. She provided many information of Malta and what we could do, how to move around the city. She even arranged for a very specual surprise for my husband and I on our 10 year anniversary! Thank uou so much!!! The hotel location is ideal , within a few minutes walk from the central streets of the city and a walking distance from the gardens and the waterfront ! The breakfast was marvellous and also the people assisting were very kind and very quick! I would strongly recommend this hotel for someone who is visiting Valletta!
