I never have an exceptional service , kind staff like the oberoi. Mamdouh the manager was very kind , helpful and he deserve to be a manager with all helpful and kind communication he did. The place is amazing like a palace and it’s another level of stay . I recommend to stay in the oberoi if you want different level of stay

I loved how the property looked and how quiet it was, this was my relaxation time so I could appreciate it not being a lot of noise. The staff was so helpful especially Imad, he made sure that I was taken care of when it came to transportation and whatever I needed while I was there. The whole experience was wonderful! The garden is magical and the staff is SO welcoming, generous, helpful, and nice!! They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom had some issues (shower leaks) but honestly, everything else compensated for it, and it's also not annoying, given the rates of the hotel. Great value for money.

The hosts were really warm, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating us by moving our rooms due to some works. The food was varied and to a very high standard - as well as being affordable. The gardens and grounds are lovely and very well-kept, providing a quiet and peaceful environment perfect for recuperation from the bustle of Marrakesh. It's also a great base for a trip to the Atlas Mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10/10 would highly recommend.
