My room's air conditioner broke down. I was given another room for the night and was moved into a room similar to my original booked room when it became vacant the next morning. No hassle, no problem. Super professional service. A clean beach and a strong sea breeze made for some very pleasant beach strolls. The roof top area at sunset was a perfect spot for a before dinner drink - see photo.

Wonderful place and amazing staff. Franky and Cookie are amazing hostess and make you feel like home, had delicious Sri Lankan and continental breakfast with coffee in bed. Me and my partner stayed here before and the service is always top notch, rooms are very clean, bed very comfy and fresh. Negombo is a nice city to visit for a couple of days before you head out other parts of the country coming from overseas relatively close to the airport and please don’t miss out visiting the church next door it’s absolutely beautiful.

Well air-conditioned, and fans do a great job of keeping the interior cool. Enough space, large hall and each room has an AC unit. The custodian was a really nice guy who seems to live near property, he helped us locate the property on arrival helped unload luggage and provided a welcome drink. Also next morning he brought us some delicious Srilankan breakfast. Thumbs up to the custodian - I think his name is Chaminda.
